14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want both you and your dog to truly enjoy this collar.
If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days from the day you receive the item - without giving any reason.
However, if the product or its packaging has lost value due to use beyond what is necessary for inspection and is no longer suitable for resale as new, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect the diminished value.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to return an item

To start a return, please email us at info@sparkky.eu with:

  • your order number
  • a short note that you wish to return the item

We will send you the return instructions and address.
Please pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to complete the refund process on their side.

Warranty

Your reflective dog collar includes a warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
This does not cover normal wear and tear, chewing, misuse, or accidental damage.

If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us at info@sparkky.eu with photos and your order number.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Surface marks, light scratches, or abrasions from everyday use
  • Damage from chewing, pulling, or improper use
  • Exposure to high heat, harsh chemicals, or incorrect cleaning
  • Alterations or modifications to the product

Natural Material Characteristics (Important)

Because this collar is made from professional-grade reflective textile and finished by hand, small visual irregularities are completely normal.
These may include:

  • minor surface marks
  • light scratches
  • subtle variations in texture or finish

These characteristics do not affect performance or durability.
They are a result of the material’s properties and the handmade process - not defects - and are therefore not covered by the warranty.
